PROVIDED SERVICES

For demonstrational purposes we offer several of our services for free. Further some of these services will become chargeable. Neither of the parties to this Agreement shall be responsible for the failure to perform or any delay in performance of any obligation hereunder due to labor disturbances, accidents, telecommunications or Internet failures, acts of government, governmental requirements and regulations or restrictions imposed by law or any other similar conditions beyond the reasonable control of such party. Registered members are obliged to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding the use of PartnerBinder.com and provided services; ordering or posting of, services or offers, if applicable; and the posting and retrieval of information by registered members, including without limitation those governing antitrust, unfair competition, false advertising, taxation and export control. Registered members are responsible for paying all applicable fees and taxes incurring in connection with access to our servers and PartnerBinder.com.
