The main draw card will be a two-tier, 140-bay floodlit golf driving range which will allow members to practice their golf day or night. It will be designed facing north so that avid golfers can practice and enjoy their golf game in any kind of weather. Universal Golf Centre & Driving Range will boast with other facilities which will include: Golf Academy, Mini Golf; Restaurant; Cigar Bar; Conference facilities; Virtual Office facilities; Mini Golf; Pro Shop; State-of-the-Art Wellness Centre (Fitness Studio; Spa; Salon; Internet Café & Juice Bar) & Car Wash/Valet. This concept was developed for the needs of Golfers in Kwazulu Natal to have a relaxing environment in which to improve their golf swing, practice with pro’s, spend quality time with their families and be able to enjoy their sport; have a virtual office away from the office. As a benefit to Universal Golf Holding’s and the community, Universal Golf will offer low-cost/free lessons to children in the greater Durban Metropolitan Area. We want to promote the advantages of golf to all in the community, which will create long-term value and enhanced quality of life to those previously disadvantaged communities. |
