| Description | I own a 50-seat full-service SE Asian restaurant, Kinta, located in Portland Oregon. One of the unique concepts about my restaurant is that the customer gets to select the ingredients (vegetables, protein, and type of noodle or rice) that goes into their dish from the menu. The dish is flavored with the respective sauce or soup base. To accomodate this array of choices, our sauces and soup base have to be versatile enough to go well with a large variety of ingredients. I am wanting to leverage my existing restaurant business to start a new venture in food manufacturing to sell wholesale sauces and soup base to retail.
