Description	I have a garden center with a produce market. I have been in the business for 14 years and have a 2nd location with a partner. I am looking to open a 3rd location and need a partner. I would rather have a working partner, but will take a silent one because I have people in place to work the other shop (both as a matter of fact) and I can float between them. The investment as a partner in the shop will be $150,000.00. For that you will get 48% of the shop. We will rent this location for the first year to see how the economics of things go. Then we will look into buying. I have several places in mind for buying. This is a great area that I want to open by March and everything is in place to get it set up as I have done this several times and have the labor to get it done. Then getting it stocked is easy for me since I do it every year basicly with the retail shops I have now and have had in the past. I have sold 2 others. This is a fun and rewarding business and if you are interested in being my working partner you will recieve a weekly salary. We go to Mexico for the imports (as I sell them wholesale too). We also go to south FL for the tropicals, palms and foliage plants and we get the rest locally. We go to market in Atlanta twice a year for the spring and fall shows. Thats fun too! You will have a blast in Mexico but remember with the fun you have to shop for the shop...but too is fun.
